These Terms of Use and Sale govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Detoxificationpr Pty Ltd (ABN 54 718 293 046), operator of this site and seller of Beliva Energy. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful or disruptive. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at our discretion.

2. Ordering and Sale

How to order: Submit the order form with your name and phone number. This constitutes a request, not a binding order. A contract of sale is formed when our representative confirms your order by telephone and you verbally agree to proceed.

Price: The price of Beliva Energy at time of purchase is AUD $80.99 per bottle (90 capsules). Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to order confirmation.

Payment: Payment is made in cash or by card to the courier at the time of delivery. No payment is required or collected online. No payment processing data is stored by us.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch by notifying us by phone or email. There is no cancellation fee. You may also decline to accept the parcel on delivery, in which case the order is cancelled automatically.
